We use your information to provide and improve our email delivery services, authenticate your API requests, display analytics in your dashboard, send you service-related communications, and optimize email deliverability through our AI systems.
3. Email Content
Email content sent through our API is processed only for the purpose of delivery. We do not read, sell, or share the content of your emails. Email content is retained temporarily for delivery and debugging purposes, then deleted according to our data retention schedule.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed API keys, and regular security audits. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party email providers (such as AWS SES and Postmark) to deliver your emails. These providers process email data solely for delivery. We also use analytics services to improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Email metadata and delivery logs are retained for 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
